The Neighbourhood Extranet

I have recently built a little app for animation studio The Neighbourhood. Its a really simple little extranet for them to upload videos of work for clients to see. Its a ‘client only’ app so I can’t link to it, but you can see a video of some of the features here.

Looks great. I take it, you can re-skin and sell on?
Can it be easily adapted to work with a Flash site?
