I have recently built a little app for animation studio The Neighbourhood. Its a really simple little extranet for them to upload videos of work for clients to see. Its a ‘client only’ app so I can’t link to it, but you can see a video of some of the features here.
There is probably a million of these already, but anyway… I have finally got round to updating my Photoshop Website Design Template with the latest browsers. It has the main PC and Mac Browsers at three resolutions – 800×600, 1024×768 and 1280×960, sorted into separate folders and layers.
The idea is you use the ‘design’ folder to store the design layers in, and can easily see how it will look at the different resolutions and within the different browsers. Within the ‘designs’ folder are the basic structure of a website e.g. header, main, footer etc
If you think you might find this useful you can download a copy here.
Working alongside Honey Communications we have just launched the Surf Anywhere microsite for Calypso and the British Surfing Association. Matt Booth AKA Flash Temple took care of the design and flash, and I built the backend/admin system.
The website encourages users to design a surf board and submit it to the gallery for the chance to win a street surf board, so if you get a spare 5 mins why not have a go?

It’s been a very busy month getting everything organised, but it’s looking good! And I can finally tick the last box with my first confirmed booking!
